Upon Using, Browsing, Or Purchasing on KnewMe Website you acknowledge you have read and comprehend all information displayed. Not only in Return/Refund or Shipping Policies, but also the whole website in general. All business pages along with information given on the physical product itself. You acknowledge no guaranteed results are promised to you and that results from person to person are exclusive to each individual. It is in your best interest to check with a Doctor to make sure KnewMe is right for you before use otherwise, use at your own risk.

Orders are usually processed and shipped 7-10 business days from the time the order is placed unless shipped with priority, which can be shipped off as quickly as the same and next day. However, please allow 10-30 days in the event of delays. The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within the next week.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed. If we made a mistake with your order such as the wrong product or bundle, please email us at support@knewmeshop.com. We will analyze and correct your order as soon as we possibly can with no additional cost to you. Due to the nature of our supplement products we do not accept returns.

KnewMe is not liable for goods damaged or misplaced by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL in transit. We are also not liable for stolen goods, it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve your package when it is delivered. Please put in a claim to the shipping company who damaged, lost or stole the goods in transit.
