We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed. If we made a mistake with your order such as the wrong product or bundle, please email us at support@knewmeshop.com. We will analyze and correct your order as soon as we possibly can with no additional cost to you. Due to the nature of our supplement products we do not accept returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Misplaced Items

KnewMe is not liable for goods damaged or misplaced by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL in transit. We are also not liable for stolen goods, it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve your package when it is delivered. Please put in a claim to the shipping company who damaged, lost or stole the goods in transit.
